Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on Business Development Intern who can actively contribute to lead generation, outreach, and conversions.
⚠️ This is a pure execution role — you will be expected to reach out to prospects, build pipelines, and drive real business outcomes, not just assist or observe.
Key Responsibilites
Conduct initial conversations and follow-ups with prospects
Support the sales process from follow-up to conversion
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
Collaborate with the team to improve conversion rates
Maintain basic records of leads and interactions (CRM/trackers)
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation and achieving targets
- Proficiency in delivering and participating in Training sessions for improved sales techniques
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new tools and techniques
- Prior exposure to sales or marketing through education, internships, or projects (preferred)
- People from commerce background will be considered
