We’re hiring Business Development Interns at SkillsCapital to support outbound sales, partner research, and strategic lead generation across international markets. You’ll gain real exposure to enterprise B2B growth — by working directly with people solving urgent hiring problems using our AI-powered Talent Cloud.
This is not a “cold calling” internship — it’s about learning how to grow a high-trust B2B business through value-driven outreach, insight-led messaging, and smart targeting.

🧠 What You’ll Work On
- Research global prospects — consulting firms, system integrators, enterprises
- Support outbound campaigns across LinkedIn and email
- Work with the sales team to craft strategic messages and value-led communication
- Track pipeline, outreach progress, and follow-ups
- Collaborate on proposals, presentations, and demos
- Learn to connect solutions with problems — not just pitch for attention
- Support partnership initiatives and channel opportunities
✅ Who Should Apply
- Students, freshers, or recent grads interested in sales, partnerships, B2B growth, or enterprise tech
- Strong written communication skills — especially for email and LinkedIn outreach
- A curious mindset and the ability to research, synthesize, and communicate clearly
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote environment
- Bonus: familiarity with CRM tools, email automation, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
