Role Description
This is a remote Business Development Intern role in the EdTech industry. The intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including conducting market research, identifying and generating leads, analysing and completing business opportunities, and maintaining strong communication with potential clients and partners. The role offers exposure to business strategies and customer relationship management, providing a valuable learning experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce Weskill’s products/services
• Pitch and sell the product to prospective customers over calls
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Consistently work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess market trends and evaluate business opportunities
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Experience or willingness to learn Lead Generation and Market Research techniques
- Proactive attitude, a fast learner, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
