Internship Overview:
As a Business Development Intern at XR AI Technolab, you will have the exciting opportunity to learn the ropes of B2B sales and account management within the fast-paced EdTech sector. You will work closely with our core team to help drive the adoption of our immersive educational content and virtual lab solutions across schools and universities.
This role is designed for a highly motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and digital technology integration. You will shadow experienced professionals, support the onboarding of educational institutions, and learn how cutting-edge AR, VR, and 3D simulations are deployed to enhance student learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Lead Generation: Assist in identifying prospective schools, universities, and EdTech platforms, and help build a robust database of leads.
Outreach Support: Draft outreach emails, make initial contact with educational administrators, and help set up introductory meetings.
Client Engagement: Shadow senior team members during client calls and product demonstrations to learn effective relationship-building techniques.
Proposal & Documentation Support: Assist in drafting professional business proposals, presentations, and standard MOUs.
CRM & Reporting: Help maintain accurate client records, track the progress of ongoing discussions, and prepare weekly updates for the management team.
Client Success Tracking: Learn how to monitor content usage and gather feedback from educators to help improve our XR offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
No prior experience required - freshers with a strong desire to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence to speak with school administrators and educators.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
A genuine curiosity about educational technology, AI, and immersive XR solutions.
