Role Description The Business Development Intern will support the growth of Works Program by identifying prospects, generating leads, and engaging with potential partners and learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, maintaining prospect databases, and assisting in outreach through calls, emails, and meetings. The intern will collaborate with the business and marketing teams to help prepare presentations, proposals, and reports, while contributing to customer service and relationship management efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, requiring consistent presence and collaboration with the local team.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market and business data.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities and an interest in identifying and nurturing prospective clients or partners.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather insights on competitors, industries, and target audiences.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support and engage learners and partners professionally.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with sales or business development processes, basic knowledge of CRM tools, and comfort with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- A background in business, marketing, management, or a related field (completed or ongoing) is preferred, along with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
