Role Description The Business Development Intern will support Weskill’s growth by identifying new partnership opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and contributing to enrollment expansion. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi, India, and involves daily outreach via calls, emails, and meetings to generate and qualify leads. The intern will assist in conducting market research on educational and corporate training trends, competitors, and potential institutional partners. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing basic sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to refine pitches and campaigns. The role also involves responding to inquiries, providing clear information about Weskill’s programs, and ensuring a positive experience for prospective learners and partners.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, trends, and feedback to support business development decisions.
- Effective Communication capabilities, including clear verbal and written communication and confident interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Lead Generation experience or aptitude, with interest in prospecting, outreach, and nurturing potential clients or partners.
- Market Research skills to gather and synthesize information on competitors, target segments, and industry developments.
- Customer Service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and building long-term relationships.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a high level of ownership and reliability.
- Proficiency in standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or lead-tracking software is a plus).
