Sales Executive – Outreach & Growth (Remote)

This role is focused on sales outreach and revenue growth. We are looking for individuals who can execute consistently, communicate clearly, and are eager to learn and improve.
You will be working on LinkedIn and email outreach, connecting with potential customers and driving conversations that convert into business opportunities.
What You Will Work On
Outreach via LinkedIn and email
Initiating and managing sales conversations
Following proven messaging frameworks and scripts
Handling responses, objections, and follow-ups
Building and maintaining prospect pipelines

Role Description
WeframeTech is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Intern for a full-time, remote role. As a Business Development Intern, you will support the team by identifying new business opportunities, conducting in-depth market research, engaging in lead generation activities, and maintaining customer relationships. Additionally, you will contribute to client meetings, analyze market trends, and assist in developing strategic partnerships to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess market opportunities, and support business strategies
- Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency for effective client interactions and team collaboration
- Experience with Lead Generation and Market Research techniques to identify potential opportunities and trends
- Proficiency in customer-oriented tasks with excellent Customer Service and client relationship management abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote team environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant business analytics tools is an advantage
