Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Intern for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The intern will support business growth activities by conducting market research to identify opportunities, generating leads through various channels, and building relationships with potential clients. They will assist with communication, customer service, and the preparation of business proposals, while collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams. The position offers a hands-on opportunity to learn about sales strategies and business development processes in a growing tech environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and internal teams
- Experience or aptitude in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and relationship management
- Proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the tech industry and an interest in software solutions is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
