About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to join our team at UCodeSoft. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in building a career in sales and business development within the IT industry. The selected candidate will work closely with the business development team to generate leads, build client relationships, and support sales initiatives.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Business, or Management (preferred)
- Master’s degree in Computer Applications or related field (ideal)
- Recent college pass-outs and freshers are encouraged to apply
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, and PowerPoint
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales, particularly in the IT sector
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and email outreach for networking and lead generation is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and create business opportunities for UCodeSoft’s software services
- Generate leads through cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Schedule meetings with CXO-level professionals and decision-makers
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and case studies
- Support the sales team with research and client communication
