The RoleWe're a small team with real clients and real work — and we need help building out the sales and outreach side of things. This isn't a shadowing internship. You'll be doing actual work that directly affects whether TSS grows or not. If that sounds like pressure, it kind of is. It's also a genuinely good opportunity.
You'll work closely with our leadership to identify potential clients, run outreach, and help us figure out what a sales motion looks like for a company like ours.
What You’ll Do- Research and identify non-tech SMBs that could benefit from custom software, database modernisation, or data work
- Draft and send outreach — cold emails, LinkedIn messages, follow-ups — and iterate on what works
- Help us show up better on LinkedIn: assist with posts, positioning, and consistency
- Prepare capability documents, simple proposals, and service decks
- Keep our lead pipeline organised and updated
- Sit in on client conversations and help with notes, next steps, and follow-through
- Feed back what you’re hearing from prospects so we can sharpen how we talk about what we do
What We’re Looking For- Strong communicator — warm, clear, and genuinely interested in people
- Comfortable doing research and reaching out cold without needing much hand-holding
- Basic understanding of how software or tech services work (you don’t need to code, but knowing what a web app or database migration is will help)
- Self-driven — we’re a remote team and we trust people to manage themselves
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing work is a plus, not a requirement
