 Key Responsibilities


  • Freshers with a BBA/MBA degree or Certification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Identify, contact, and qualify inbound and outbound leads interested in TEZZONIX certifications and courses.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to nurture prospects.
  • Drive conversion from enquiry to enrolment/admission by guiding prospects through the certification sign-up process.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and sales activity records in the CRM system.
  • Provide weekly updates on leads, conversions, sales pipeline status, and insights to the Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Report to Sales Coordinator/Manager
  • Strong aptitude in academic advising, consultative sales, B2B sales, and the EdTech industry
  • Skilled in building relationships, identifying clients, professionals, and students' needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Strong Communication skills in Malayalam and English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage tasks effectively
  • Knowledge in Appolo.io, Leadsquared, Zoho, Microsoft Excel, and digital communication tools or similar tools
  • Ability to analyze lead data across multiple sources such as website, WhatsApp, campaigns, and events
  • Understanding of lead qualification frameworks and conversion sales funnels
  • Ability to track and interpret key metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, response times, and drop-offs
  • Comfort using AI-assisted tools for call summaries, lead tagging, follow-up drafting, and pattern recognition
  • Ability to create reports and dashboards for internal review
  • Familiarity with automation tools, chat systems, and analytics platforms is an advantage.
