Role Summary
This role combines sales data profiling and outreach execution across India and international markets. You will build structured, sales-ready data and use it to execute outbound campaigns, directly contributing to pipeline creation.
Key Responsibilities
Data Profiling & Account Preparation
Profile target companies across India and international markets
Build structured lead and account lists aligned to SAP services and industry focus
Identify decision-makers and capture accurate contact details
Validate, clean, and maintain high-quality lead data
Manage and update leads/accounts in Zoho CRM
Outreach Execution
Execute email and LinkedIn outreach using prepared prospect data
Send follow-ups based on defined outreach sequences
Track responses, engagement, and reply quality
Update outreach status and interaction notes in Zoho CRM
Coordinate with sales and data teams on lead progress
Data & Process Discipline
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across tools
Maintain structured tracking of outreach and lead status
Support campaign execution with clean and usable data
