Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Intern. The intern will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through lead generation, conducting market research, analyzing data and building and publishing content. Additional tasks include collaborating with the Business Development team, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the development of effective strategies to expand TalentSpotify’s market presence.

- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and provide actionable insights
- Strong content management skills
- Effective Communication skills to present ideas, communicate with clients, and collaborate with team members
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Customer Service skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
📈 Program Structure:
• Initial 3 months – structured training & evaluation phase
• Stipend applicable based on performance in later phases
