Role & responsibilities :-

Develop and implement sales strategies

Be accountable for revenue generation.

Contact the digital leads and sell the product - B2B & B2C

Conduct competitor analysis, market research and identify potential clients.

Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitch presentations, reference material,

and other documents as required.

Familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish

set goals and objectives.

Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client

relationships. Identify new business opportunities and partners.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with

various levels of management, staff, and clients.

Preferred candidate profile :-

Passionate about Sales and Business Development

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

High energy and enthusiasm with an attitude of making it happen

Strong sense of discipline and resilience, Quick Learner

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets

Achieve sales figures every month

A knack for sales and positioning our product

Efficient at utilizing computer-based tools such as MS Office to accomplish tasks

and communicate with others.

Excellent time management and organization

Ability to build rapport and create professional relationships

Time management and planning skills

Prefrred candidates having regional language skills in – Malayalam, Telugu,

Kannada & Hindi(apart from Tamil & English)

Hands-on cold calling experience, previous experience in an outbound call center or

inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from

initiation to close.

Experience:-

oFresher or min 1 - 2 Years in Business Development

oFreshers who are passionate about sales and business Development can

also apply.

oSalary - Fresher - 15k ; One to Two Years - 20k to 25k
