Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Intern located in Gurugram. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our VP business Development in conducting market research, assisting with client communication, and preparing sales materials. This would be an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the renewable energy and sustainability sector while learning about B2B sales and project coordination
Qualifications
- Candidate MUST have done B.Tech in any field
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
- Preferably Basic understanding of the renewable energy sector (solar/wind/BESS is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus
- Analytical mindset and good research skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a team-oriented environment
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assist in identifying and researching prospective clients, markets, and business opportunities
2. Support in preparing business presentations, and reports
3. Track ongoing leads, follow-ups, and maintain the CRM system
4. Assist in pre-bid activities, RFP responses, and tender documentation
5. Cold call to prospects to identify leads
6. Monitor industry news, policy updates, and market trends relevant to renewable energy
7. Contribute to building and maintaining a database of clients
Stipend: Around INR 15,000
