Job Title: Business Development Intern (Remote)

About The Role:
Stravyn Hill is a global consulting firm helping businesses scale with clarity, confidence, and measurable results. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in sales, client acquisition, and business growth strategies.
This internship is ideal for someone ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of real-world outcomes. You’ll work closely with our leadership team, get exposure to high-value client interactions, and develop skills that will fast-track your career in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients across industries
- Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, and other professional platforms
- Support in pitching Stravyn Hill’s services to potential clients
- Assist in nurturing leads and maintaining strong client relationships
- Keep clear records of outreach and progress using CRM tools
- Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates
What We're Looking For:
- Strong interest in business development, consulting, or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take feedback positively
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, or CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
Stipend & Incentives:
- Performance-based stipend ranging from $800–$1000 per month, depending on individual performance and contribution
