Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Intern based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial remote work. The intern will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying potential leads, supporting lead generation efforts, fostering customer relationships, and assisting in business growth strategies. The role involves collaborating with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement initiatives that drive company progress.
Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and evaluate opportunities
• Effective Communication skills, including verbal and written, to engage with clients and internal teams
• Experience or interest in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential clients and business avenues
• Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Proactive approach and eagerness to learn in a dynamic business environment
What You’ll Do
• Reach out to business owners and decision-makers in countries like Canada and the USA
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, networking, and online research
• Pitch Stiplify’s marketing platform and remote staffing solutions
• Book meetings and follow up consistently
• Maintain daily reporting and accountability
• Learn international B2B sales and client communication
• Work independently with targets and measurable KPIs
