We are looking for an energetic, multi-talented Business Development Intern to help us scale our reach and engage our community.
The RoleAs a Business Development Intern, you won't just be "watching from the sidelines." You will be on the front lines of our growth strategy. This role is a blend of creative marketing, strategic communication, and hands-on sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to boost brand awareness for our clothing and fitness wings.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up with inquiries to convert potential leads into loyal customers.
- Market Outreach: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand Sridaya’s market presence.
- Customer Engagement: Manage community interactions, responding to comments and messages with the brand’s unique voice.
- Reporting: Track weekly progress on sales targets and social media growth metrics.
Requirements- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
- A "hustler" mindset—you aren't afraid to pick up the phone or try new creative marketing tactics.
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks across different product lines.
