Roles & responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through research and outreach
- Assist in B2B lead generation and partnership development
- Coordinate with the Business Development team for client acquisition activities
- Support in achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain and update lead databases and client records
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
- Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Help build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and proactive approach towards sales and networking
- Basic understanding of business development and marketing
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn is a plus
