We're a fast-moving, founder-led team looking for hungry, curious go-getters to join our Business Development function.
About the Role
We're hiring Business Development Interns to join our Jaipur team on a full-time, in-office basis. This is a high-ownership role where you'll get direct exposure to real client conversations, CRM-driven sales tracking, and mentorship from our founding team; not just a coffee-runs-and-decks kind of internship.
What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients, colleges, and hiring partners
- Build and nurture relationships with corporates; support pitch decks and proposals
- Track leads on CRM and report weekly KPIs
- Support B2B outreach, webinars, and partnership follow-ups
Who We're Looking For
- BBA/MBA/B.Com graduates or final-year students
- Strong spoken communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Self-starters who are comfortable with cold outreach and client conversations
- Prior BD/sales exposure is a plus, but attitude and hustle matter more than experience
