Role Description The Business Development Intern role at Skillairo is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the intern supports business growth by identifying potential partners and clients, generating leads, and assisting in the development of outreach strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting communication with prospective and existing stakeholders. The intern also helps prepare presentations, reports, and proposals, and contributes to improving customer interactions and follow-ups. This position offers practical exposure to sales, business development, and the EdTech industry.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data and business trends.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with prospects and partners.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and an understanding of basic sales or outreach processes.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze competitors, target audiences, and new opportunities.
- Relevant skills such as basic CRM tools familiarity, proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, and strong organizational abilities are beneficial.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate within a team, and adapt quickly in a dynamic startup environment.
