THE ROLE: CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
You will own the entire client lifecycle across our global and domestic territories. You are the bridge between market opportunities and our creative execution teams. Your responsibilities include:
A. High-Velocity Lead Generation & Outreach
- Omni-Channel Prospecting: Identifying and engaging high-value prospects through heavy LinkedIn outreach, strategic cold emailing, and persistent cold calling.
- Market Penetration: Researching and targeting premium industries in International markets (USA, UK, UAE) as well as Domestic markets (Pan-India and specifically Indore).
- Local Dominance: Actively mapping and securing high-ticket clients within the Indore business ecosystem to position S&J as the local leader.
- Platform Dominance: Managing and optimizing the agency’s acquisition strategy on global platforms like Upwork and Fiverr to maintain a consistent inbound funnel.
B. The Sales Funnel: Discovery to Conversion
- Consultative Selling: Conducting discovery calls to diagnose client pain points and aligning them with our performance-driven marketing solutions.
- Strategic Pitching: Collaborating with our creative team to develop customized, high-impact pitch decks and proposals. You are responsible for the strategy that gets the win.
- Negotiation & Closing: Navigating budget discussions, managing objections, and securing final signatures and initial payments.
C. Professional Handover & Accountability
- Seamless Transition: Briefing the Client Relations Executive (CRE) after every close to ensure the delivery team (SMM, Design, Ads) is 100% aligned with client expectations.
- Reporting Discipline: Maintaining absolute rigor in submitting Start of Day (SOD) and End of Day (EOD) reports to track pipeline health and revenue forecasts.

COMPENSATION & PERKS
This is a Performance-Based Role. We reward those who deliver.
- Fixed + Uncapped Incentives: Potential to earn between INR 3 LPA to 10 LPA based on your results.
- The "Global Closer" Multiplier: 10% commission on every deal closed beyond the baseline target.
- Mega Bonus: A flat INR 50,000 Cash Bonus for hitting the INR 10 Lakh monthly revenue milestone.
- Direct Mentorship: First-week intensive training directly with the Founder to master high-ticket closing.
