What you will do- Identify and build a pipeline of potential customers across clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers
- Run outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp
- Write and iterate on outreach messages to improve response rates
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule product demos
- Work closely with the founders on sales strategy and execution
- Build partnerships with healthcare organizations and communities
- Track and analyze outreach performance and optimize funnels
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure consistent follow-ups
Who you are- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations
- Highly proactive and execution-focused
- Interested in startups, healthcare, and AI
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Prior experience in sales, growth, or outbound is a plus but not required
