This is a ground-floor opportunity to work directly with the founders of an early-stage startup. You will be at the centre of Palama's growth — identifying leads, building relationships, and converting prospects into our first clients.
What You'll Do:
→ Identify and reach out to self care business owners across India
→ Build and manage a pipeline of potential Palama clients
→ Conduct outreach via Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
→ Represent Palama in conversations with business owners
→ Work closely with the founding team on sales strategy and execution
What We're Looking For:
→ Strong communication skills — written and verbal
→ Self-starter with high ownership and zero excuses
→ Genuine interest in startups, sales, or the beauty and wellness industry
→ BBA/MBA students or recent graduates preferred
→ Based anywhere in India — fully remote
