Job description
This is a full-time, on-site internship role for a Business Development Intern located in Chandigarh. The Business Development Intern will assist in identifying new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, supporting client communication, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The intern will also contribute to market research, business growth strategies, and day-to-day coordination to ensure client satisfaction and smooth business operations.
Roles & Responsbilities
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking activities
- Support the sales and business development team in reaching out to potential clients and maintaining strong client relationships
- Help generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, and other communication channels
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and business initiatives
- Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and client databases regularly
- Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research to identify growth opportunities
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, reports, and business documents for clients and internal meetings
- Participate in meetings, follow-ups, and business discussions to gain practical exposure to client handling and sales strategies
- Support account management activities to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to improve business growth and brand presence
