Role Description
The Business Development Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. Support lead generation, follow-ups, data management, and assist the BD team in daily operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data and market insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospect identification, outreach support.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including gathering, organizing, and analyzing information about markets and competitors.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including professional client interaction and follow-up support.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or EdTech domains is preferred.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with online research tools.
