Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Intern located in Chandigarh, with flexibility for some remote work. Key responsibilities include supporting lead generation efforts, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and assisting in creating proposals and presentations. The intern will also engage with customers to ensure their needs are met while working closely with the Business Development team to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Experience or interest in lead generation and prospecting potential business opportunities.
- Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to inform strategy.
- Basic customer service skills with a focus on building client relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite or similar tools would be advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
