NeoITO is seeking a confident and driven Business Development Intern to support our Upwork bidding and international client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for freshers who have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and an interest in IT services and global business development.


Location: Trivandrum

Work Mode: Hybrid/ Remote

Experience: Fresher


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify potential clients and relevant projects on Upwork and other business channels.
  • Conduct research to understand prospective client business needs and project requirements.
  • Prepare customized and compelling sales proposals aligned with NeoITO’s services.
  • Draft contract-winning proposals and tailored sales pitches.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospective international clients.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to gather inputs for proposals.
  • Maintain a detailed tracker of bids submitted, responses received, and follow-ups.
  • Negotiate basic commercial terms (under guidance) and communicate details to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.


Required Skills


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proposal drafting and persuasive writing ability.
  • High confidence level and strong sales instinct.
  • Ability to understand client pain points and think from the client’s perspective.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of Web & Mobile technologies and SDLC (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.


Education


  • Any Graduate (Management/IT background Preferred)
