Role Description
The Business Development Intern will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and supporting sales efforts. Responsibilities will include market research, identifying potential clients, assisting in the preparation of business proposals, and maintaining client relationships. The intern will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and evaluate market trends. This internship is a hybrid role, based in Pune City, with the flexibility of some work-from-home days.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify opportunities and assess market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assist in client relationship management and maintain detailed records of client interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively manage time and priorities.
- A background in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and the AEC/Manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
