Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role based in Pune City with flexibility for some remote work. As a Business Development Intern, you will assist in identifying growth opportunities, supporting client acquisition efforts, conducting market research, and assisting in partnership development. Other responsibilities include preparing presentations, managing customer relationships, and contributing to sales strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of business development concepts and sales lifecycle
- Ability to conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Analytical thinking with problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a hybrid work environment
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the AEC or Manufacturing sector is a plus
