Role Description
We are looking for a Business Development Intern to join our team for a full-time on-site position in Gurugram. The role involves conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to lead generation efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, collaborating with the sales team to achieve business goals, and ensuring exceptional customer service during client interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to identify trends and opportunities in market research
- Excellent Communication skills for internal and client-facing interactions
- Experience or interest in Lead Generation and developing business opportunities
- Customer Service skills to provide exceptional client support
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in using basic software tools such as MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
