Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
- Schedule meetings, demos, and discovery calls for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Strive to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Necessary Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in cold calling and professional emailing
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Organized, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and learn quickly
- Positive attitude with initiative-taking ability
Bonus Skills (Optional):
- Interest in IT Services, Software, or B2B Sales
- Familiarity with sales pipelines and lead qualification
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and networking
