About the Role
If you love talking to people, understanding what makes them tick, and can carry a conversation beyond “Hello,” this one’s for you.
We’re looking for a Business Development Intern to join our team and play a key role in qualifying leads, supporting outreach, and helping us grow faster and smarter. Your main focus will be on pre-qualification calls with inbound leads, but you’ll also assist in outbound efforts, research, and CRM magic.
Basically: real sales, real exposure - no coffee runs.
What You’ll Do:
● Make pre-qualification calls to warm inbound leads and understand their needs.
● Ask the right questions to assess fit and intent (don’t worry, we’ll train you).
● Update and maintain our CRM with detailed lead info.
● Manage end-to-end offline sales activations in corporate parks, from planning and coordination to on-ground execution.
● Assist with outbound calling and prospect research when required.
● Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams on campaigns and lead engagement.
● Track conversations, follow-ups, and ensure timely nudges.
What We’re Looking For:
● Great communication skills and a natural flair for conversation.
● Comfortable making calls, even to strangers (we’ll help you get better).
● Curious, proactive, and willing to learn.
● Based in Mumbai and available for a minimum of 3 months.
● Prior internship/project in sales, marketing, or communications is a bonus.
