Role Overview:
LeadRoad is looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support our sales team in generating qualified opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn B2B sales, outbound prospecting, and client communication while working closely with experienced professionals and founders.
Work Details:
- Position: Business Development Intern
- Type: Internship (On-Site, Nagpur)
- Stipend: [Rs. 13,000 - Rs. 15,000 per month]
- Duration: [3-4 months]
- Start Date: Immediate
- Time: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential B2B companies aligned with LeadRoad’s ICP
- Assist in outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Support in generating and qualifying leads
- Help schedule meetings and manage follow-ups
- Participate in discovery calls and learn client requirement mapping
- Maintain and update CRM data (HubSpot)
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or startups
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn outbound prospecting and B2B sales processes
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and email communication
Good to Have:
- Prior internship or exposure to sales/marketing
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot
- Interest in B2B sales and startup ecosystem
