Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is eager to learn sales, client
communication, and agency growth strategies. This role is highly practical and focused on real
client acquisition and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Generate leads through data scraping, online research, and personal network
- Identify potential clients across industries
- Maintain a structured lead database
Client Outreach & Pitching
- Reach out to potential clients via:
Cold Calling, Emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn & Social Media DMs
- Initiate conversations and introduce Karagrey Media’s services
Lead Nurturing
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Maintain communication and build relationships
- Understand client interest and readiness
Requirement Understanding
- Understand the client's business needs and challenges
- Gather basic requirements before meetings
Meeting Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and founders
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain daily reporting of outreach and leads
- Support business development strategies
- Assist in improving outreach methods
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Confidence in talking to new people
- Basic understanding of sales/marketing (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Comfortable using tools like Excel, LinkedIn, etc.
- Must have own laptop
