About the Opportunity
Job Nexus India is hiring for its client, PGAGI Consultancy Private Limited, for the role of Business Development Intern. This internship is ideal for candidates interested in business development, marketing outreach, and client relationship management, especially within the AI and technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Data Management
- Develop and maintain structured datasets to identify potential leads
- Manage prospect data and ensure accurate information tracking
Outreach & Relationship Building
- Conduct strategic LinkedIn outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Smartlead, Clay, and similar tools
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-ups
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with the team to improve outreach strategies and engagement rates
- Provide feedback on campaigns to improve conversion and response rates
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Identify improvement opportunities and optimize outreach strategies
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing or a related field
- Experience in LinkedIn outreach and email marketing campaigns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment independently
- Sales mindset with the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with tools such as:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Smartlead
- Clay
- Similar outreach platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in AI, technology, or SaaS industries
- Prior exposure to B2B sales or marketing campaigns
