Role Description
This internship role as a Business Development Intern involves supporting lead generation initiatives, conducting market research, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in business outreach efforts. Candidates will work on building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying growth opportunities. This is a hybrid role based in Gurugram, where some tasks can be performed remotely while other activities require on-site presence.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities
- Effective Communication skills to engage with internal teams and clients professionally
- Experience or aptitude in Lead Generation and Market Research to support business development strategies
- A focus on Customer Service excellence to foster client satisfaction and trust
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus
- Self-motivation and ability to work in a hybrid environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
