ROLE OVERVIEW
Drive corporate client acquisition by pitching imcure's healthcare benefits platform to companies, NBFCs, and MFIs, generating leads, scheduling demos, and converting tie-ups that improve employee health outcomes.
- Location: Field + Work from Home (Pan India)
- Department: Sales & Business Development
- Duration: 2-3 Months
- Stipend: Performance Based
- Eligibility: Graduate / Pursuing Graduation / MBA (Marketing preferred)
- Experience: 0–1 Year | Strong sales aptitude required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit corporates and pitch imcure's healthcare benefits platform to HR/Admin decision-makers.
- Approach NBFCs and MFIs to bundle imcure healthcare services with their financial products.
- Schedule and deliver product demos and service presentations to prospective clients.
- Generate leads via cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, field visits, and referrals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Map client needs to imcure services: OPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, dental, vision, wellness.
- Maintain daily activity logs, lead trackers, and progress reports | Achieve weekly targets.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills; comfortable with corporate interactions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in field settings.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles and corporate/institutional decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace for reporting and communication.
PREFERRED
- Prior internship in corporate sales, insurance, fintech, or NBFC/MFI sectors.
- Exposure to CRM tools or lead management systems.
