Internship Details
- Duration: 3 Months
- 1st Month:
- Training period – No stipend
However, lead-based incentives will be provided
- 2nd Month Onwards:
- ₹6,000 per monthPerformance-based (lead-based) incentives will be Provided.
🔹 About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and motivated candidates to join our Business Development team. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, and driving business growth.
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
✔ Identify and generate new business leads (B2B)
✔ Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
✔ Understand client requirements and explain our services
✔ Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
✔ Maintain lead data and update CRM/Excel reports
✔ Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth
🔹 Key Skills Required
🔸 Good communication skills (English preferred)
🔸 Strong interest in sales and business development
🔸 Basic knowledge of B2B sales / lead generation
🔸 Ability to handle targets and pressure
🔸 Self-motivated and proactive
