We’re Hiring | Business Development Interns (Real Estate)
At House Of Realtors, we’re expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals to join us as Business Development Interns.
📍 Location: Noida
⏳ Duration: Minimum 3 months
💼 Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month + performance-based incentives
🎯 PPO: Opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer upon successful completion of the internship
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels
- Assist in client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Support the sales team in site visits and deal closures
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in real estate and sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
