Business Development Intern (Growth & Partnerships) | Horrazon

Role Overview
This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role for individuals who want to gain real experience in business development within a fast-moving environment.
You will work directly on building pipeline, driving outreach, and supporting revenue growth—not just observing it.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients (startups, founders, SMEs)
- Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels
- Generate leads, initiate conversations, and support call conversions
- Assist in developing and refining go-to-market and outreach strategies
- Track and optimize performance across outreach campaigns
- Contribute to partnerships, collaborations, and growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in business, startups, consulting, or growth roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think analytically and execute independently
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or sales tools is a plus
