Role Description
This is an on-site internship role based in Bhubaneswar for a Business Development Intern. The intern will be responsible for conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying growth opportunities. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, supporting customer service initiatives, and contributing to strategic business development planning processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for market research and data-driven decision-making
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends and identify growth areas
- Customer Service skills for ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
