Role Description
This is an on-site Sales Internship role in Gurgaon for a Sales Intern / Business Development Intern at Hikeaholiday.
As a Intern, you will:
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right travel plans
Assist the sales team in preparing itineraries and quotations
Handle follow-ups and ensure high-quality customer coordination
Support in achieving daily targets related to calls, leads, and conversions
Learn real-world travel sales, customer handling, and negotiation techniques
This internship offers hands-on training, real exposure, and strong growth opportunities in the travel industry.

Qualifications
We’re looking for individuals who are confident, energetic and ready to learn sales:
Strong communication skills
Good customer handling & interpersonal skills
Interest in Sales, Business Development, and Travel Industry
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline
Basic skills in MS Excel / Google Sheets
A positive attitude, confidence and willingness to grow
