🚀 Business Development Intern

Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a Business Development Intern who is hungry to close deals, build connections, and grow with us. This is not a passive internship, this is for someone who wants real-world sales exposure and real earning potential.
⚠️ Apply only if you can commute regularly to Behala Flying Club and are available for a full 6-month onsite commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients (B2B outreach)
- Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and networking
- Set up meetings and assist in pitching services
- Maintain client database and follow-up pipelines
- Support proposal creation and closing process
- Work closely with the marketing and strategy team
Compensation Structure
- No fixed stipend
- Performance-based incentives on every successful deal closed
- High performers can earn significantly based on conversions
This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn sales hands-on and earn based on results, not attendance.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Bengali preferred)
- Confident personality and negotiation mindset
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Must be able to commute to Behala Flying Club regularly
