We're Hiring: Business Development Intern (Remote | India)
At Founders Quiver, we're building a professional community where founders connect, learn, and grow together. We're looking for a Business Development Intern who enjoys meeting new people, solving problems, and helping an early-stage start-up grow.
This is more than just an internship. You'll work directly with the founders to identify growth opportunities, build partnerships, and use data to make better business decisions.
What you'll be doing
- Identify and research potential founders, start-up communities, accelerators, incubators, and ecosystem partners.
- Reach out through LinkedIn, email, and other channels to build meaningful relationships.
- Schedule meetings, follow up with leads, and maintain an organised outreach pipeline.
- Track outreach performance and analyse key metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and partnership outcomes.
- Research competitors, market trends, and new opportunities to help shape our growth strategy.
- Assist with partnership campaigns, community initiatives, and founder engagement activities.
- Work closely with the founders to test new growth ideas and continuously improve our outreach process.
Who should apply?
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with new people.
- Basic understanding of business development, sales, marketing, or start-up growth.
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to organise and analyse data.
- Able to interpret simple metrics and use insights to improve results.
- Curious, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Interested in start-ups and entrepreneurship.
- A degree is not required. We care far more about your mindset, curiosity, and ability to learn than your qualifications.
- Freshers, students, career switchers, or anyone excited to build something meaningful are encouraged to apply.
