Key Roles & Responsibility
- Outreach to leads generated through workshops & resources
- Filtering candidates using provided set of questions to cater to right target audience
- Understanding the use of CRM for Lead co-ordination with Business Development Head
- Book appointments and pass serious leads to the Business Development Head
WHY are we hiring for this position?
To convert top-of-funnel leads from workshops and outreach into 1:1 Strategy call with Sales Head and assist sales escalation.
WHAT does this person look like?
A driven communicator experienced in with knowledge of sales & business development workflow, strong in follow-ups, CRM usage, and lead qualification.
WHERE could this position lead to?
Senior sales role, managing newer executives under Business Head
Pay Range
₹1,50,000 to ₹1,80,000 per annum based on profile
