Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in the Pune Division. As a Business Development Intern, you will assist in generating leads, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, supporting communication with potential and existing clients, assisting in customer service efforts, and providing insights to enhance business growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience or knowledge in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new business prospects.
• Customer Service skills to address client needs and build long-term relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage tasks efficiently.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
