Business Development Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and articulate Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our reach, building meaningful client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will engage with prospective clients through structured outreach, nurture leads across the growth funnel, and represent our brand at external events and promotional activations.

Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach & Lead Generation
• Proactively identify and connect with potential clients through structured communication channels to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions that align with client requirements and organizational offerings.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to move them through the opportunity pipeline effectively.
• Achieve and exceed monthly outreach and conversion targets as defined by the growth team.
Relationship Management
• Build and sustain strong professional relationships with new and existing clients.
• Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
• Address client queries, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Brand Promotion & Outreach Events
• Represent the organization at promotional events such as college fests, career fairs, community events, and institutional tie-ups.
• Engage with students, faculty, and prospective clients at events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Assist in planning and executing on-ground promotional campaigns and activations.
• Distribute marketing collaterals and communicate the organization's value proposition effectively at events.
Reporting & CRM Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting outreach metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
• Collaborate with the senior growth team to refine strategies based on data insights.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Freshers welcome; 0–2 years of experience in client outreach, client relations, or business development is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with structured client outreach and managing high-volume interactions daily.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel locally for events and promotional activities on an occasional basis.
