Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Intern. The intern will support key business initiatives, including lead generation, conducting market research, and identifying new growth opportunities. They will assist in developing and executing strategic plans, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting customer service activities to ensure client satisfaction. The internship offers practical experience in driving business growth, understanding market trends, and improving customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience with interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and a strategic approach to growing business opportunities.
- Experience in conducting Market Research and gathering insights into industry trends and customer needs.
- Strong Customer Service orientation with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and addressing inquiries effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar applications is a plus.
