JUMP! Content, the sister company of Dimerse, is on the lookout for a Business Development Intern who is hungry to learn, loves the idea of real work over busywork, and wants to walk away with skills, experience, and a story to tell.
This is a paid internship.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Duration: 1 month, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance
Type: Paid Internship | Work From Home
Domain: Business Development, Lead Generation & Outreach
Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM (If you're currently studying, we're flexible, as long as daily targets are met)
This is an execution-focused role. You will be doing real, meaningful work that directly contributes to how JUMP! Content grows.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Identifying and generating leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Extracting and organising contact data through Apollo.io
- Reaching out to prospects via LinkedIn and cold email in a professional, structured way
- Maintaining and updating lead data in Google Sheets
- Supporting ORM activities, responding to comments and managing online engagement as per brand guidelines
DAILY TARGETS
These are here so you know exactly what to expect – no surprises, no moving goalposts.
- At least 50+ leads generated
- 30 to 50 outreach messages sent daily
- Consistent follow-ups and a brief end-of-day report

A QUICK NOTE ON LINKEDIN USAGE
Part of this role involves using your personal LinkedIn profile to connect with and message prospects. This is standard practice in business development and a skill that will serve you well throughout your career. We will guide you on exactly how to do this professionally and in a way that reflects well on you. Your comfort and reputation matter to us.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Media, PR, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Comfortable with structured, target-based work
- A confident written communicator in English
- Self-driven, agile, and someone who takes ownership
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
- A competitive stipend for the duration of the internship
- Practical, resume-worthy experience in B2B sales and client acquisition
- Working knowledge of industry tools – LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io
- Exposure to real-world ORM practices
- An official certificate upon successful completion
- A genuine shot at a full-time role or extended contract based on your performance
